Are my prairiemoon handmade pieces dishwasher safe?

All your PMH pieces are dishwasher safe…HOWEVER,to prolong the life of your pieces and to ensure they re looking their best for yers to come, I do recommend HAND WASHING them alone in the sink.

If your pieces have any gold detailing, metal detailing or other metallic lustres, they ARE NOT MICROWAVE SAFE. Any of our other pieces are certainly ok to go in the microwave.

I placed a preorder, now what?

Once your preorder is placed it goes into production in the studio. The preorder production time varies depending on the time of year, how many reorders have been placed and supply chain timelines. Generally full production takes between 6-12 weeks give or take. Once your order is compete, you will receive an email to let you know your order is at the pick up location ready to pick up OR that it has shipped.
